  • 3 progressive elementary classes, each 4 hr.
  • Rescue and self rescue - 4 hr.
  • Rolling on the river - 2 hr.
  • Month Long Progressive Package - 32 hrs.
  • Intro Package - 12 hrs.
  • Beginner Trips - 6 hrs
  • Indoor pool rolling - 2 hrs

For Intermediates

  • Chutes Workout - 2 hrs
  • Running the Gorge - 4 hrs
  • Slalom Stroke Workout - 2 hrs.
  • Into to Playboating - 2 hrs.
  • Intermediate Trips - 6 hrs.
  • Intermediate Month Long Package - 32 hrs.
  • Dickerson Workouts - 3 hrs.
  • Feeder Cup Slalom - 4 hrs.

For Advanced

  • Slalom Stroke Workout - 2 hrs.
  • Cheat Race Training - twice weekly for 2 months
  • Upper Yough Training - twice weekly for 2 months
  • A Day of Creeking - one day each weekend in April

For Professionals

  • ACA Kayak Instructor Certification - 5 days
  • ACA Swift Water Rescue - 1 to 2 days
  • Wilderness First Aid & CPR - 2 days
